| Each rechargeable battery comes complete with its own charger. They are available in a wide range of capabilitites. Most cameras operate on 12 volts DC. Some cameras could use a 12 volt battery pack for operation for short term use. Batteries should never be used in long term situations. They will only last a few hours depending on the application.
The Nickel Metal Hydride batteries are designed for small board and body worn cameras and transmitters. They will not power larger cameras or any camera with infrared leds. The lead acid batteries are completely sealed and can be recharged hundreds of times. They can power a small camera and transmitter for approx. 2 days.
